Position Overview

As a Software Quality Tester II, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

You'll design, execute, and maintain test cases, identify defects, and collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases
Identify, document, and track software defects
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on requirements and test strategies
Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing
Participate in code reviews and improve testing practices
Contribute to test plans and QA documentation
Conduct root cause analysis and support defect resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–4 years of experience in software testing / QA
Experience with automated testing tools
Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Basic programming/scripting (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
Understanding of embedded systems & hardware/software integration
ISTQB certification (or similar) is a plus
Working Environment
Primarily office-based with flexible/remote options
Field testing on boats and in marine environments
Occasional early starts or extended hours during on-water testing
