We are looking for a Repair Technician to join a high-performing technical team, working with advanced marine electronics and helping ensure world-class product performance.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will:

• Analyse and repair electronic equipment (chargers, inverters, converters)
• Perform root cause analysis to identify failures
• Repair or replace faulty circuit boards
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, time spent, and actions taken in ERP systems
• Work with the Mastervolt product range
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality and share feedback with product development teams

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in a similar technical/electronics role
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics/diagrams
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Electronics degree or MBO (BTEC) / vocational qualification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
