At Dijitally, we help ambitious brands grow with scalable marketing, technology and design solutions. Were looking for a talented and proactive CRM Manager (Lifecycle) to join our growing team and help deliver smarter, more personalised customer journeys across digital channels.
This role is ideal for a CRM professional at the manager level with a strong grasp of lifecycle strategy and the ability to execute campaigns end-to-end. Youll be equally comfortable shaping the customer journey and getting hands-on with campaign setup, testing, and optimisation. Working closely with the CRM Lead and cross-functional teams, youll help deliver data-driven programs that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
What Youll Be Doing
- Plan, build, and optimise lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback flows.
- Own campaign setup, QA, segmentation, and A/B testing across email, SMS, and push/in-app messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and development teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics like open rate, click-through, conversions, and churn.
- Work closely with the CRM Lead to refine strategies based on customer behaviour and business goals.
- Ensure all campaigns follow compliance best practices (privacy, unsubscribes, tracking).
- Suggest new opportunities to enhance the customer journey and increase lifetime value.
What You Bring
- 35 years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in a B2C or D2C environment.
- Experience building and optimising campaigns in platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, Salesforce, or Braze.
- A good eye for creative, layout, and copywriting you can spot what makes a message land.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, personalisation, and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical mindset confident using performance data to guide decisions.
- Experience in eCommerce, fintech, or app-based businesses is a big plus.
- Comfortable working in Figma, spreadsheets, and campaign reporting dashboards.
- A team player with solid communication skills, keen to grow and contribute to a fast-moving agency.
Remote Work Expectations
- Work Hours: You'll work remotely and will need to be available during key business hours in the Australian AEST time zone, with flexibility for certain project deadlines required.
- Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the team via tools like Slack, Zoom, and email. Attendance at key virtual meetings will be required.
- Self-management: Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks independently and maintaining clear communication with the agency's clients and project stakeholders.
