Powersports Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Powersports Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on powersports vehicles
  
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and scheduled service
  
• Repair engines, drivetrains, suspension, braking, and electrical systems
  
• Troubleshoot starting, charging, fuel, and electronic control systems
  
• Install and adjust accessories and aftermarket components as needed
  
• Test and verify repairs to ensure quality and safety standards
  
• Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
  
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
  

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Powersports Technician, Motorcycle Technician, or similar role
  
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
  
• Experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, and/or side-by-sides
  
• Ability to read service manuals and wiring diagrams
  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Dealership or high-volume service environment experience
  
• Manufacturer training or certifications
  
• Experience with performance upgrades or accessories
