 Job Description:

Junior Account Executive (360 Sales – Payments Orchestration / iGaming)

Location

London – 4 days in office

Salary

£40,000–£45,000 base
Uncapped commission with a genuine opportunity to earn double OTE

The business

This is a payments technology company that focuses exclusively on iGaming. They are not a generalist payments provider and do not operate across multiple verticals. The platform has been built specifically for high-risk, regulated gaming merchants, with product decisions driven by real-world challenges in this space.

The business has been self-funded from day one by a founder with a strong history of building successful companies. There is no VC or private equity involvement and no external pressure on short-term outcomes. With a long financial runway in place, the company is now entering its scale-up phase, with the commercial team expected to grow significantly over the next 24 months.

The role

This is a true 360 sales role, designed for someone early in their sales career who wants to step up properly rather than be left to figure things out alone. You will own your pipeline and relationships end to end, while being closely supported by the Head of Sales and a Senior Sales Manager on deal strategy, structuring and closing.

You will be selling a payments orchestration platform built specifically for iGaming. Merchants do not pay to access the platform itself. Revenue is generated through long-term revenue share agreements with payment providers and partners, which makes conversations far more value-led and removes much of the friction typically associated with payments sales.

What payments orchestration means in iGaming

Payments orchestration allows iGaming merchants to manage multiple payment providers through a single integration. This is particularly important in iGaming, where approval rates, uptime, geography and regulatory requirements can vary significantly between providers.

Rather than being locked into a single PSP, merchants can route transactions intelligently, add or remove providers quickly, maintain resilience if a provider goes down and optimise performance across different markets. This directly improves conversion, reduces risk and creates a better experience for players, which is why orchestration has become a core requirement for serious iGaming operators.

What you will be doing

  • Identify and engage new iGaming merchants
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact through to onboarding
  • Work closely with senior sales leaders on complex and partner-led deals
  • Build long-term relationships with merchants and ecosystem partners
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity
  • Develop a strong understanding of payments, partners and revenue flows within iGaming

What were looking for

  • Payments experience is essential
  • Experience within high-risk verticals is strongly preferred
  • Any exposure to iGaming is a significant advantage
  • Suitable for a BDR or SDR ready to move into 360 sales
  • Also suitable for a junior 360 salesperson early in their career
  • Comfortable with outbound activity and relationship building
  • Coachable, curious and motivated by long-term progression

What you will get

  • £40,000–£45,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission with realistic double OTE
  • Hands-on support from experienced sales leadership
  • Strong job security due to long-term funding
  • Clear progression opportunities as the business scales
  • A genuinely strong product that solves real problems for iGaming merchants
