Job Description:

As a BESS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of battery energy storage systems that integrate seamlessly with solar PV solutions. You will work alongside a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering cutting-edge energy solutions that contribute to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize battery energy storage systems (BESS) integrated with solar PV technologies.

- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for the deployment of BESS projects.

- Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project specifications and timelines.

- Perform simulations and modeling to analyze energy storage performance and evaluate system efficiency.

- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and monitoring of BESS and solar PV systems.

- Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, operation manuals, and maintenance guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in battery energy storage systems and solar PV projects.

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, battery technologies, and energy management systems.

- Proficiency in designing and simulating electrical systems using software tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Project management experience is a plus.
