We are looking for a heavyweight Closer. You won't be cold calling. You won't be chasing unqualified leads. You will be stepping into high-intent conversations with business owners and marketing directors who are ready for a solution. Your job is to lead them to the "Yes."

🛰️ Your Mission: Close with Precision

You are the architect of the deal. You’ll use a consultative, value-based approach to convert qualified appointments into high-ticket SEO retainers and growth partnerships.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Discovery: Run high-level strategy calls. You aren't "pitching"—you are diagnosing. You’ll tie SEO solutions directly to the client's ROI.
  • The Art of the Close: Maintain a minimum 25% close rate. You are a master of the 1-call close but have the discipline to execute a strategic 2-call sequence for complex enterprise deals.
  • Value-Led Follow-Up: No "just checking in." Every touchpoint you make after a call adds value, whether it’s a fresh Ahrefs insight or an addressed objection.
  • Pipeline Command: Own your CRM data. You know exactly where every deal stands, why it’s moving, or exactly why it died.
  • Synergy: Work alongside our SDRs and Account Managers to ensure lead quality is high and handovers are seamless.

  • Baseline: 25% close rate on qualified leads.
  • Elite: 30%+ close rate, increasing average deal size, and high 1-call close ratios.
  • Discipline: Zero "stalled" deals. You push for a decision—Yes or No—without being aggressive.

  • The Student: You don't need to be an SEO tech-wiz (we’ll train you on the logic), but you must be obsessed with the mechanics of a "Close."

This is NOT for you if: You are an "order-taker," a script-reader, or someone who waits for the client to "think about it" indefinitely.
