Job Openings Creative Visual Designer

About the job Creative Visual Designer

At Space'M Online, we don't focus on technical jargon like "rankings." Instead, we help businesses grow by making them more visible to the right customers and turning that attention into real revenue. We've generated over €100M+ for our clients by identifying what's holding their business back and providing clear, practical strategies to fix it. Our creative output isn't about looking good — it's about getting attention, building trust, and driving action.

We're looking for a detail-obsessed Creative Visual Designer to own our visual output across social, recruitment, SEO content, and client delivery.

This isn't a template-filler role. You're the creative engine behind the brand — turning strategy into scroll-stopping assets that perform.

Your Mission

Produce high-impact visuals across social campaigns, recruitment content, SEO articles, and client deliverables. Switch seamlessly between brand storytelling and performance creative depending on what the campaign needs — sometimes the goal is awareness, other times it's clicks, leads, or applications.

What you'll do:

  • Design scroll-stopping social media creatives for organic and paid campaigns (static posts, carousels, stories, banners, thumbnails)

  • Create recruitment campaign visuals and employer branding assets (job ads, hiring announcements, culture content, candidate funnels)

  • Produce SEO content visuals that elevate article quality (hero images, in-article graphics, featured images, custom graphics)

  • Build infographics, data visuals, and explainer diagrams that make complex topics easy to scan and share

  • Create linkable assets designed to earn mentions, shares, and backlinks

  • Develop performance creative variations for testing (multiple angles, hooks, layouts, CTAs) and iterate based on feedback

  • Support client delivery with sales and account assets (pitch decks, proposals, case study one-pagers, report visuals)

  • Build and maintain a template and asset library for speed and consistency across clients and channels

  • Nice-to-have: light motion graphics for social (simple animations, kinetic typography) when it adds impact

Who You Are:

You think in concepts and design fast — without sacrificing quality or consistency. You read a brief once and know what the visual needs to do. You can switch your approach based on the goal: brand and awareness vs. clicks, leads, and applications. You build systems (templates, brand kits) because you know that's how quality scales.

You're confident in Figma (or similar tools) and comfortable working with design systems. You collaborate well across teams and communicate clearly via Slack, Loom, and Monday — async-first, direct, and fast.

You have a strong portfolio of social creatives, campaign assets, recruitment visuals, or SEO content design to show upon request.

Not for you if you only design for aesthetics without thinking about the goal, can't work within brand guidelines, or struggle to produce quality at speed.

Why Space'M Online?
