About the job Graphic Designer - Brand and Content Design (Full-time, Remote)
Graphic Designer (Brand and Content Design) at Space'M Online: Results Above Promises
At Space'M Online, we don't focus on technical jargon like "rankings." Instead, we help businesses grow by making them more visible to the right customers and turning that attention into real revenue. We've generated over €100M+ for our clients by identifying what's holding their business back and providing clear, practical strategies to fix it. Our creative output isn't about looking good, it's about getting attention, building trust, and driving action.
We're looking for a detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to own the visual identity of Space'M itself: our brand system, our social channels, our website and the visuals inside every article we publish.
This isn't a template-filler role. You're the creative engine behind the brand, turning strategy into scroll-stopping assets that perform. This is an internal role: everything you make is for Space'M. You do not work on client accounts.
Your Mission:
Own the visual identity end to end. The foundation already exists: our new website defines the design language, the color scheme and the typography. What does not exist yet is a brand book, or the system that turns that foundation into consistent output everywhere else. You codify what the website established into a documented brand system, extend it across every surface we use, and then produce from it every day. This is not a rebrand. We are open to sharpening the foundation where it is weak, but the starting point is fixed.
What you'll do:
- Produce daily. Social images across our channels, visuals for our published articles, and whatever the week needs. This is the largest part of the job by volume.
- Rebuild our social branding. Re-create our branding for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X on top of the new website design and color scheme: banners, profile pictures, profile CTA elements, and a full set of templated post formats (carousels, listicles, infographics, branded comparison images and standard content images).
- Design for scale. Build templated formats where the layout holds and only the content changes. These serve your own output first, since high weekly volume is only sustainable if the system does the heavy lifting. They also need to be robust enough for a non-designer on our team to drop in new copy or new data and still get something that looks like us.
- Create SEO content visuals. Custom infographics, charts, data-driven images and explainer visuals for our articles. That includes reading a spreadsheet, a Search Console export or a research table and turning it into a chart that is factually correct: honest axes, accurate labels, sourced numbers.
- Codify the brand into a system. A documented brand book and a working design kit: color tokens, type scale, spacing rules, icon library, components and usage rules. This includes auditing the legacy branding elements still sitting inside our new components and making a clear call on which stay and which go.
- Develop our house style. We have a design language but no house style yet for illustration, iconography and content imagery. No stock imagery, no generic SaaS illustration look. A recognizable, original Space'M visual language built on top of the existing palette and typography.
- Design for our website. Hero visuals, section imagery, iconography and page-level design support for our site and our satellite sites.
- Support our employer brand. Vacancy visuals, team and culture posts, onboarding packs and careers page assets.
Who You Are:
- You think in concepts and design fast, without sacrificing quality or consistency. You read a brief once and know what the visual needs to do. You build systems (templates, brand kits) because you know that's how quality scales.
- Consistency in delivery. This is the single most important thing. We would rather have predictable, on-brand output every single week than brilliant work that arrives unevenly. If you commit to a deadline, we plan our publishing around it. Reliability here matters more to us than raw creative flair.
- Seniority in how you think, not just in years. You make decisions without waiting to be told, you can explain the reasoning behind a design choice in plain language, and you spot the problem in a brief before you start rather than after.
- Familiarity with social channels. LinkedIn, YouTube and organic SEO are our main focus. You understand native formats and aspect ratios, what makes a carousel readable on a phone, and what a YouTube thumbnail has to do at small size. You design for the platform, not for the portfolio.
- Proven ownership of a brand or design system that other people actually used, with evidence in your portfolio.
- Strong template and component thinking in Figma: variants, auto layout, shared libraries, locked handoff files.
- Genuine data visualisation ability, including accuracy and labeling discipline.
- An original illustration or visual style somewhere in your body of work.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. All internal communication runs in English, via Slack, Loom and Monday: async-first, direct, and fast.
- Fully self-directed in a remote async environment. You work from written briefs, ask the right questions up front, and do not need someone standing over you.
- Not for you if you only design for aesthetics without thinking about the goal, can't work within brand guidelines, or struggle to produce quality at speed.
