I'm looking for an experienced content publishing virtual assistant to help with website content publishing, visual formatting, and light SEO structuring for our SEO-agency to ensure online growth for international ambitious brands.

TASKS
Your daily tasks would involve:
Publishing blog posts and web pages via WordPress or similar CMS
Sourcing and placing featured images and in-content visuals aligned with brand aesthetics. Working with Canva or other relevant tools.
Structuring and formatting content for clarity, flow, and SEO (headers, CTAs, links, etc.)
Optimizing images (file size, alt tags, filenames)
Running a final QA pass before publishing
Collaborating via Slack, Monday, and Loom to share updates and receive feedback

ABOUT YOU:

Fluent English
Are punctual, following instructions in a diligent thorough way.
Are structured, organized and pay attention to detail
Have good availability so you can focus on our project
Has a strong understanding of content structure, web publishing, visual consistency across CMS platforms (such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify Blog, and Wix), and basic SEO principles (like keyword placement, meta tags, alt-text)
Communicate excellently and regularly.
You do the work yourself, NO OUTSOURCING. NO AGENCIES.
Great team player
You have experience with similar projects and can show them on request.
Are able to use Loom videos or similar to share your progress and get instructions.
Are able to work in 20-30 hours per week (Central European Time).
