About the job Manager (Riyadh-based)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will take ownership of client projects, drive day-to-day execution and secure the quality of team deliverables
- You will work with highly qualified teammates to deliver some of the most strategic and impactful projects in the region
- You will act as a project leader, helping the team to conduct high-quality analysis, bringing insights to clients, and leading client interactions and presentations
- You will coach and support junior colleagues
- You will contribute to business development and institutional activities to help us grow Sparc!
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- More than 6 years of consulting experience with leading companies preferably in the Middle East region
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with an outstanding academic record (advanced degree or MBA is preferred)
- Excellent problem solving and fast learning skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and motivate others
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to take initiative and make things happen
- Fluency in English and Arabic
