Compensation: $70,000$90,000 annually + Quarterly Bonus (up to $2,250/quarter)

Position Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for pediatric clients (primarily ages 212, with occasional older clients). Caseloads are available immediately, and we respect your current notice period.
This is a full-time, salaried position with performance-based quarterly bonuses. The role is ideal for someone self-disciplined, passionate about ABA, and looking for an opportunity to grow in a smaller, supportive organization.

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision of RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Deliver in-home, school, daycare, and community-based ABA therapy.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and document services.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill development.
- Meet monthly performance goals (evaluated and approved by leadership).

Requirements
- Must hold current BCBA and LBA certifications.
- Reliable transportation to travel throughout assigned regions.
- Strong self-discipline and ability to manage a flexible schedule.
- Pediatric ABA experience preferred (ages 212).
