Technical Writer – Validation

Location: Melrose Park, IL | 100% Onsite
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Ideal Candidate:

• 1–2 years of experience, ideally around 1.5 years, in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or a related regulated environment.
• Experience creating, reviewing, or maintaining technical/validation documentation.
• Exposure to equipment validation, process validation, IQ/OQ/PQ, protocols, reports, SOPs, and GMP documentation.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is highly preferred, especially equipment used in injectable/filling-line operations.
• Familiarity with MES systems, particularly PAS-X, is a strong plus.
• Candidates with strong college accomplishments, internships, projects, or early-career achievements should be considered.
• Excellent writing, documentation, organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Determination, attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn will be critical.
• Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Melrose Park, Illinois.
