Position Overview:
We're seeking a Physical Therapist with experience in Pelvic Health to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a compassionate clinician with a servants heart, a passion for educating and empowering patients, and a drive to make pelvic health care more accessible and approachable.
Whether you are already specialized in pelvic floor therapy or are eager to grow into that role, we will support your development through mentorship and continuing education. You'll work closely with a team that believes in open communication, celebrating wins, and lifting each other up every day.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum conditions, and other related diagnoses

Educate and empower patients through individualized treatment plans and ongoing support

Collaborate with other therapists, referring providers, and wellness professionals to deliver coordinated care

Contribute to team growth and education by sharing knowledge and learning from others

Deliver compassionate, personalized care that creates "WOW" moments for every patient

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Current state license (or eligibility) to practice Physical Therapy

Pelvic Health training (Herman & Wallace, APTA, or equivalent) preferred or a strong interest and willingness to specialize with our support

Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset

Committed to team collaboration and clear, honest communication

Passionate about helping underserved patient populations and reducing stigma around pelvic health
