The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial-spirited Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical operations in Butte, Montana. This role is perfect for a driven medical leader passionate about patient care and ready to take ownership of day-to-day clinical operations while contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for hospice and palliative care services.
- Provide direct patient care and drive clinical excellence.
- Lead administrative and operational functions on the clinical side.

- Leverage resources in Helena to ensure seamless operations.
- Potential for expanded management responsibilities as the organization grows.
A Day in the Role
Your day will blend hands-on patient care with strategic oversight of clinical operations. You'll manage staff, ensure high-quality care delivery, and drive operational efficiency. Expect to engage with patients, families, and team members while working closely with leadership to innovate and improve processes.

- Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license required.
- Experience: Proven outpatient leadership experience in palliative care, with strong operations and administrative skills.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform direct patient care, including lifting and mobility assistance as needed.
- Comfortable with standard clinical and administrative tasks.
Technology
We use industry-standard clinical software systems. No prior experience with our specific systems is requiredtraining will be provided.
