Role: Sales Manager, IC position, Hunter Role, new client acquisition.
Vertical: Plastics, Distribution Channel--Similar verticals niches are encouraged to apply (Metals, Water, Gases Components, Semi-Conductors etc). OEM Sales Reps with knowledge in this niche are encouraged to apply. This is a B/B workflow.
$-120-150 base+ upside (+30% OTE)
Reports to: VP of Sales
Interview Process: HR Video Screen, VP Video Screen, Peer Video Screen, in person meeting (VP based in RI, mutual meet up place very possible)
Level: Stand alone sales
Turf: NE USA, currently somewhat established in the Boston to Delaware region with about $15 million in sales. Looking to augment this. Geo is from Charlotte NC to Maine--up to EST Time from the western front.
The group has 5 geos of support teams, though it would be great if you had relevant product knowledge (from a sales end)

Role Description
The Northeast Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth and customer engagement within the Northeast region. This is a full-time role focused on managing relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in representing Pexco's high-performance plastic solutions to clients across various industries.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including experience in building client relationships and achieving sales results
- Strong understanding of the plastic manufacturing industry, including custom extrusions, precision molding, and advanced materials processing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in Aerospace, Medical, or Industrial markets is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in an on-site location
