Price: $38-40/hour DOE

What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care and manage patient care plans
• Support and educate patients and families

• Complete OASIS documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Active Utah RN license
• 2+ years nursing experience (home health/hospice a plus)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication
• Self-motivated and patient-focused
