Field Service Engineer – AKTA & Molecular Devices

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support and service AKTA and Molecular Devices instrumentation across the West Coast region. This is an excellent opportunity for an OEM-trained engineer looking to join a growing team with strong compensation, excellent benefits, and career stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AKTA and Molecular Devices equipment
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers
• Perform preventative maintenance and system calibrations
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records
• Partner with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of Field Service Engineering experience
• OEM training and hands-on experience with AKTA and/or Molecular Devices systems required
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to travel within the West Coast territory
• Preferred location: San Francisco Bay Area / San Jose
