Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Lighting Sales Representative to grow and manage a strong book of business within the commercial lighting space. This is a high-impact, remote role focused on building relationships, driving revenue, and expanding market presence.
This position offers significant earning potential through an uncapped commission structure, making it ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and end users
- Manage and grow an existing book of business while actively generating new opportunities
- Identify and pursue new commercial lighting projects and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quotes, project execution, and client satisfaction
- Provide product knowledge and lighting solutions tailored to client needs
- Track pipeline activity and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial lighting sales or a related industry
- Strong existing network/book of business preferred
- Demonstrated success in a commission-driven sales environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 (depending on experience and book of business)
