The Role: Be the Captain of Our Cruise Division

As our Cruise Administrative and Sales Supervisor, youll lead a dynamic team split between the U.S. and Argentina, driving sales, streamlining operations, and delivering five-star customer experiences. Youll report directly to the GM of Cruise & Car and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our travel offerings.

• Command the Team: Inspire, coach, and evaluate a high-performing crew of sales agents and administrative staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and relentless improvement through regular team huddles and targeted training.
• Drive Sales to New Heights: Smash individual and team sales targets by mentoring your team on killer sales techniques, deep cruise product knowledge, and customer engagement that converts. Handle high-value client inquiries like a pro.
• Deliver Unforgettable Customer Experiences: Ensure every interaction sparkles with professionalism and care. Resolve escalated issues with finesse and use customer feedback to push for game-changing improvements.
