The Opportunity: In-Home Delivery & Sales Role

Join our team to deliver free 3-meat bundles (valued at $77) to warm leads who have already signed up online and scheduled an appointment.

A typical visit (10–12 minutes):

• Present our premium meat products
• Highlight the key benefits (convenience, flavor, value, and quality)
• Handle objections empathetically
• Close the sale with our limited-time offer: 25% off + extra free meats
• Ask for referrals

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 75–100 weekly deliveries using provided routing software
• Deliver free bundles to confirmed appointments
• Deliver a friendly, compelling overview of our legacy, convenience, flavor, and value
• Listen deeply, address family needs, close with discounts/free items, and secure referrals

Realistic Earnings Breakdown

Daily Performance Targets & Results

• 15–17 deliveries/presentations per day
• 60% close rate 9 sales per day

Monthly Sales Commission

• 9 sales/day × 22 working days 198 sales per month
• Average order value after discount: $140
• Commission: 25% $35 per sale
• Total monthly commission: 198 × $35 = $6,930

Referral Bonus

• Collect 30 referrals per day (Do you know anyone who would also like our free meat gift?!)
• ~50% convert to buyers 15 paid referrals/day
• $5 per collected referral that purchases
• Daily referral bonus: 15 × $5 = $75
• Monthly referral bonus: $75 × 22 days $1,650

Recurring Monthly Commission

• $2 per month per active subscription customer
• 9 new customers/day 198 new customers per month
• Recurring commission: 198 × $2 = $396/month (ongoing, builds over time)

Additional Incentives

• $1,000 Fast Start Bonus
• $250 monthly car allowance

This is a high-activity, performance-based role with uncapped earning potential through commissions, referrals, and growing recurring revenue.
