Home Health Physical Therapist | Full-time 

Location: Boise, ID

Pay: $78-$85 per visit, usually around 25 visits per week

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in various home settings! This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Physical Therapist looking to make a positive impact on patients' lives across various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Administer physical therapy treatments to patients

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises

- Monitor and document patient progress

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care

- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices

Requirements:

- State licensure as a Physical Therapist

- Profound knowledge of anatomy and physiology

- Experience in acute care, outpatient settings, hospital medicine, orthopedics, or clinics

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
