This is a chance to step into a leadership role at one of the largest precast operations in Massachusetts. With decades of success and a reputation for high-quality work, the organization is seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee operations, drive performance, and maintain strong safety and quality standards.
The Plant Supervisor will play a key role in running day-to-day production while reporting directly to the Plant Manager/President. This position is both hands-on and highly visible. Ideal for someone ready to lead a team, take ownership, and make an impact.
Responsibilities

Supervise plant operations, staff, and daily production schedules
- Lead a team including engineers, safety director, forklift/crane operators, and precast technicians
- Ensure compliance with quality control, safety standards, and production goals.
Manage time sheets, inventory, and workflow efficiency

Handle employee relations including interviews, training, and discipline as needed

Provide emergency response leadership and maintain OSHA compliance

Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a plant supervisor or in a similar leadership role

Strong hands-on background in concrete or precast manufacturing

Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop teams

Experience with inventory, scheduling, quality control, and safety oversight

Certifications preferred: PQS, ACI, OSHA-10

Precast experience strongly preferred (concrete experience also considered)
Schedule & Compensation

Full-time | Approx. 6 AM 4 PM (with flexibility)

Salary: $105,000-$120,000 annually
