Position Summary
The firm is seeking a driven and personable Commercial Insurance Producer to join their team. This is a full-cycle, relationship-focused sales role for someone who enjoys building trust with clients and providing tailored risk management solutions. You'll work directly with senior partners and have access to a strong support team that allows you to focus on what you do bestbuilding client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Source and develop new middle-market commercial insurance clients (premium range: $200K$1M)
- Manage full client lifecyclefrom discovery to onboarding to renewal
- Build long-term, consultative relationships focused on client retention
- Collaborate with internal account managers and leadership for seamless client service
- Participate in a structured development and mentorship program
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in sales, finance, or another client-facing role (insurance experience preferred but not required)
- Ability to build rapport and manage long-term relationships
- Highly motivated, accountable, and growth-oriented
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Licensed or willing to become licensed in Property & Casualty insurance
