Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and personable Client Service Representative to join our Charlotte office. This role focuses on supporting client accounts, managing communications, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service and coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely and professional support.
