Position Overview:
We are urgently searching for a highly organized and dependable Entry Level Production Assistant (ASAP) to support our production team in managing daily operations, coordinating tasks, and assisting with the execution of production activities at our Cincinnati, OH location..

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day production tasks, including setup, breakdown, and general on-site support.
• Help coordinate schedules, timelines, and production logistics.
• Support team members in maintaining organized and efficient production workflows.
• Assist with handling equipment, materials, and production supplies.
• Provide on-site assistance during production activities and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Help monitor production areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous production, warehouse, or general support experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
