Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Assistant Event Coordinator to support our event planning and execution team in Charlotte.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, vendors, materials, and schedules.
- Support event setup, on-site management, and post-event breakdown.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Track event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain organized records of events and client communications.
- Provide general administrative support to the events team as needed.
