Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Assistant Event Coordinator to support our event planning and execution team in Charlotte. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venues, vendors, materials, and schedules.
  • Support event setup, on-site management, and post-event breakdown.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Track event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain organized records of events and client communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the events team as needed.
