Our client is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider offering end-to-end solutions such as freight forwarding, invoicing, warehousing, and distribution. Unlike a freight brokerage, we act as a true partner in logistics consulting and outsourcing, helping clients streamline operations.

This is a Remote role, and candidates must be based in EST or CST time zones. Compensation starts at $60.000 base, plus monthly commission and bonuses. The interview process has a few stages.

The Regional Account Executive (RAE) will:

  • Cold call into companies to schedule discovery meetings and appointments with VPs and Directors

  • Focus primarily on scheduling appointments and developing skills to close deals alongside a Director of Business Development

  • Participate in client meetings with the Director of Business Development, who will close the deals

  • Earn commission (in addition to base salary) when deals are closed by the Director of Business Development

  • Gain hands-on experience in consultative sales, solution-based selling, and deal closing strategies

  • Learn the complete sales process with a clear path for promotion into a Director of Business Development role
