About the job Regional Account Executive
Our client is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider offering end-to-end solutions such as freight forwarding, invoicing, warehousing, and distribution. Unlike a freight brokerage, we act as a true partner in logistics consulting and outsourcing, helping clients streamline operations.
This is a Remote role, and candidates must be based in EST or CST time zones. Compensation starts at $60.000 base, plus a monthly commission and bonuses. The interview process has a few stages.
The Regional Account Executive (RAE) will:

Cold call into companies to schedule discovery meetings and appointments with VPs and Directors

Focus primarily on scheduling appointments and developing skills to close deals alongside a Director of Business Development

Participate in client meetings with the Director of Business Development, who will close the deals

Earn commission (in addition to base salary) when deals are closed by the Director of Business Development

Gain hands-on experience in consultative sales, solution-based selling, and deal closing strategies

Learn the complete sales process with a clear path for promotion into a Director of Business Development role
