Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The position is located in the Harrisburg Area. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, resolving issues, and maintaining records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in managing Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial
