We are currently looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to work for one of our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as a liaison and providing product and service information via telephone, social media, or in person.
- Answering all telephone calls, responding to social media messages/comments, and text messages promptly.
- Making Deliveries on specified days to deliver items to customers.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Providing quotes/invoices to customers as required.
- Promoting products/services by developing and posting social media content regularly.
- Generating sales leads.
- Addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Completing sales/rental transactions, including rental agreements, receipts, warranties, and layaway documents.
- Placing all received cash in the designated cash area, documenting transactions via photos, and posting them in shared workgroup chats.
- Assisting with weekly inventory checks of products and equipment and entering sales data into the Sortly inventory app daily.
- Updating purchases and expenses in the Xero accounting app daily.
- Recording customer sales and rental data in spreadsheets daily.
- Tallying cash from the warehouse and drivers daily.
- Scheduling and reserving bookings on the calendar.
- Coordinating deliveries and collections via WhatsApp as needed.
- Multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including weekly office cleaning.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Business Management or related field.
- 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative; sales background considered an asset.
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must demonstrate consistent punctuality and uphold an excellent attendance record.
WORK SCHEDULE
- 6 days per week:
o Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
o Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
