We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Manager to work for one of our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Department, including cash collections, deposits, credit control, payroll, billing, and financial reporting
- Manage, supervise, recruit, and evaluate accounting and finance staff
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, statutory requirements, and internal control systems
- Prepare and submit financial reports to the General Manager to support pricing, credit, and strategic decisions
- Present annual Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Auditors' Reports to Management and the Board
- Ensure timely submission of statutory obligations, including VAT returns, PAYE, and NIS contributions
- Prepare, monitor, and control annual and periodic budgets, cash flows, and expenditures
- Ensure all cash collections are properly deposited, recorded, and secured in accordance with company policy
- Approve payment vouchers, petty cash transactions, and cheque payments after verification
- Monitor receivables to ensure collections remain within approved credit limits and periods
- Maintain and enforce effective internal control and risk management systems
- Perform other duties consistent with the role of Finance Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Currently pursuing ACCA Level 2 or a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a Finance Management or similar senior financial role
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience with credit control, cash management, and internal audits
WORK SCHEDULE
- Standard 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
