RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the culinary team in food preparation and cooking tasks
• Ensure all ingredients are properly measured, cut, and prepared according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Assist in inventory control and stock rotation
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
• Perform any other duties assigned within the position's scope

QUALIFICATION & EXXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Stamina to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

WORK SCHEDULE

• 5 days per week - Rotation may require working on weekends and holidays.
• Shifts are scheduled from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
