We are currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Finance & Administration Officer for one of our clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Oversee processes for general accounting inclusive of managing accounting systems, internal controls with timely

financial reporting.

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial activities including the full cycle of Accounts Payables and Accounts

Receivables, reconciliations, collections, deposits, payments, cheque preparation, invoices, data entry and all related

accounting duties and filing.

Manage the expense budget, prepare and submit expenditure reports, financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow

reports and other statements of balance as assigned, analyzing financial risks.

Monitor and oversee Dealer Management System CDK postings of financial information timely and spreadsheets to

ensure efficiency, accountability and proper maintenance of registers and ledgers on transactions.

Manage and oversee the asset management process in accordance with policy and maintain accurate records of

capital expenditures.

Manage and oversee all associated accounting functions for the Mobility Department.

Manage and oversee inventory management in accordance with policy ensuring perpetual stock counts, month-end

stock counts and vehicle stock counts are carried out as per schedules.

Monitor the local and foreign currency accounts, accounts receivable, and payables; and advise on any foreseeable

risks.

Manage and ensure that the disbursement of the companys statutory deductions are prepared and remitted to the

relevant authorities on time.

Lead implementation of the Companys internal auditing policies, practices and procedures to meet evolving needs,

inclusive of implementing audit frameworks and schedules.

Support audit processes including preparation and submission of audit documentation and assist with preparation of

reports and correspondence as appropriate on corrective action plans, identify and remedy control deficiencies. Liaise

with internal and external auditors as required.

Support the General Manager in assessing the organizations processes to detect control deficiencies and

weaknesses; develop appropriate recommendations and action plans for remediation.

Support General Manager in ensuring adherence to internal rules and standards, policies and procedures in

compliance with GAAP and local requirements, professional standards and company policies.

Support General Manager in streamlining administrative functions and implementing support systems in accordance

with company policies to ensure efficiency, compliance, and support across departments.

Undertake other relevant duties that may be assigned as necessary from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

Currently Pursuing ACCA qualifications.

3- 5 Years of experience in accounting

Comprehensive Financial Expertise. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting,

forecasting, financial reporting and analysis.

Strong Regulatory Knowledge of national financial laws, and other relevant statutory frameworks.

WORK SCHEDULE

Standard Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
