Spencers Recruitment is working on behalf of a busy independent letting agent based in NW11 who is looking to hire a reliable and proactive Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business.
This is a key front-of-house position within a growing property office. The role would suit someone organised, confident on the phone, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming tenant and landlord calls throughout the day
- Managing general office communications and emails
- Coordinating and scheduling contractors / maintenance visits
- Ensuring the field operative is on schedule and routes are organised
- Logging new properties and updating landlord details
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting with tenancy sign-ups and related administration
- Keeping the office organised and running efficiently
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous office or administrative experience (property preferred but not essential)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computer systems and software
- Proactive and able to work independently

Location: NW11 Hours: 9:00am - 5pm Salary: £27k - £32k
