Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create customized social media playbooks for each client (platform-specific approaches)
- Content Creation: Develop monthly content calendars including posts, stories, reels & live concepts
- Community Building: Implement engagement strategies to grow authentic audiences
- Paid Social: Manage budgets and optimize Meta/Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and deliver monthly growth reports
- Trend Spotting: Identify and capitalize on emerging platform features and viral opportunities
Qualifications: - Creative Storyteller: Sees every caption, reel, and comment as part of a brand’s larger narrative
- Community Builder: Post—sparks real conversations and builds loyal audiences and treats every DM and comment as a relationship-building opportunity
- Data-driven: Tests everything (posting times, hooks, CTAs) and doubles down on what works
- Ownership Mentality: Treats clients’ social growth like it’s their own business
