Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly organized Transaction & Listing Coordinator to streamline real estate transactions from contract to close. You’ll manage MLS listings, coordinate inspections/showings, prepare compliance documents, and ensure seamless communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at multitasking, and has a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management: Oversee all buyer/seller transactions from contract execution to closing.
  • Document Preparation: Draft contracts/addendums, submit compliance docs, and manage digital signatures (Dotloop, DocuSign).
  • Listing Coordination:
    • Schedule appointments, prepare listing packets, and conduct CMA research.
    • Upload listings to MLS/social media and coordinate photography/lockbox delivery.
      • Logistics Coordination: Schedule inspections, repairs, showings, and open houses.
      • Platform Management: Use SkySlope, Transaction Desk, and project management tools to track tasks.
      • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with agents, lenders, title companies, and attorneys.
      • Post-Close Follow-Up: Collect client reviews and ensure smooth closing processes.
