Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Executive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our clients. The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills while managing a diverse range of tasks in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and appointment coordination across multiple time zones.
  • Document Management: Prepare, format, and organize business documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional interactions.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input and maintain data, generate reports, and compile research as required.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with task delegation, follow-ups, and workflow management to ensure timely project completion.
  • Additional Duties: Provide ad hoc support, including travel arrangements, social media coordination, and light bookkeeping, as per client needs.
