Job Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads. You’ll leverage multi-channel strategies (cold outreach, geo-farming, data scraping, and CRM optimization) to build targeted contact lists and convert prospects into opportunities. The ideal candidate is equal parts hunter and analyst—passionate about growth and fluent in data-driven outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and extract high-intent leads from organic sources (databases, directories, industry platforms).
  • Perform skip-tracing and geo-farming to build hyper-localized prospect lists.
  • Evaluate lead quality using predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
  • Execute cold email campaigns and text blasts with personalized messaging.
  • Conduct outbound calls for initial prospecting and appointment setting.
  • Leverage market research to identify new lead sources and industry trends.
  • Scrape, clean, and enrich lead data for accuracy.
  • Maintain organized CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with detailed activity tracking.
  • Segment lists for targeted nurturing campaigns.
  • Secure client reviews/feedback to boost social proof.
  • Test new tools/platforms to improve lead generation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing to align outreach with buyer journeys.
