Job Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records, process transactions, and ensure accurate reporting. You’ll handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statements while supporting tax coordination and audits. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills and experience with general ledger management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and payroll with precision
- Maintain accurate records (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, tax documents)
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Assist with month-end/year-end close and audit preparation
- Track vendor payments and ensure timely bill processing
- Support tax filings and collaborate with accountants
