• Sphere Rocket VA operates as a U.S.-based technology platform that connects business owners and independent Virtual Assistants for potential working relationships.
• Our team may recommend or introduce profiles based on skills and fit, but all hiring decisions are made solely by the client.
• All compensation, contracts, and work terms are negotiated directly between the client and the Virtual Assistant. Sphere Rocket VA is not a party to these agreements.
• Sphere Rocket VA does not negotiate pay, assign tasks, manage schedules, or supervise any work performed by Virtual Assistants.
• I understand that any vetting interview conducted by Sphere Rocket VA is not a job interview, but a profile assessment used for internal matching and verification only.
• Some applicants may not be selected or matched, depending on platform needs, client demand, and skill alignment.
• I may update or resubmit my application at any time to reflect changes in my skills, availability, or tools.
