Our platform brings together therapists, psychiatric providers, health coaches, functional nutritionists, and somatic practitioners who believe healing happens when care is collaborative, personalized, and rooted in empathy. Providers choose their own schedules, see clients via telehealth, and are supported by a team that values autonomy, impact, and integrity.
The Role
Were seeking a functional nutritionist to join our founding team as a 1099 contractor. You'll work with adults experiencing chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, fatigue, inflammation, food-related distress, and trauma.
We are hiring for this role nationwide, and you may reside in any U.S. state. This position provides nutrition education, support, and coaching, not medical nutrition therapy or clinical diagnosis.

This role may begin as very part-time, with income building gradually in the first 1-3 months.

Must-Haves
- Certification as a Functional Nutritionist, CNS, FMCA-certified Health Coach with a nutrition emphasis, or equivalent
- Experience supporting clients with chronic illness, fatigue, inflammation, GI concerns, or nutritional trauma
- Understanding of gut-brain health, food sensitivities, energy pacing, and systems-based care
- Comfortable with virtual sessions and clear, compassionate communication
- Alignment with a trauma-informed, client-centered, and equity-centered approach
- Secure home office setup (internet + webcam) for telehealth sessions
Bonus Qualifications
We especially welcome providers with any of the following:
Functional & Integrative Nutrition Training
- Certification or advanced coursework from IFM, IFNA, Precision Nutrition, or FDN
- Familiarity with nutrition for SIBO, leaky gut, histamine intolerance, hormone imbalance, or chronic inflammation
- Comfort using tools like food-mood tracking, pacing protocols, or elimination/reintroduction strategies
Experience Areas
- Group facilitation or nutrition education workshops
- Supporting clients navigating both mental health and physical health concerns
