Associate Product Manager

• Support the Product Management team in defining and implementing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring projects are executed on time, are impactful and of high quality.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, user data - identifying opportunities and areas that improve performance, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the creation of product documentation, such as user stories, requirements specifications, and release notes.
• Actively lead agile ceremonies and maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the product development process.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer service, to align on scope, execution, and release commitments
• Ensure successful feature launches by working with marketing and customer success teams to drive adoption and user engagement.
• Develop fluency in the underlying architecture, codebase and technologies of the product platform
  

Key Technical & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1- 2 years of relevant experience in product management in the e-commerce/tech/SaaS industry
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power Bi, Tableau or similar
• Strong ability and interest to analyze data, user feedback, and market opportunities
• A passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
