Role Overview

The Growth Specialist will be responsible for converting inbound demand into revenue while supporting customer portfolio management. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership of the inbound pipeline, and the ability to execute outreach, follow-ups, and customer expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound leads from LinkedIn, Google Ads, website, and referrals
  • Conduct discovery conversations, demos, and follow-ups to drive conversions
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and CRM updates
  • Support customer portfolio management, relationship building, and retention
  • Execute manual outreach and follow-ups for warm and high-intent prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Track outreach status and engagement metrics for reporting and optimization
