Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects, from inception to deployment and support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication across all levels from business users to C-suite executives.
  • Lead internal and customer-facing meetings, product demos, and stakeholder presentations with confidence.
  • Translate complex technical topics into business-relevant insights and updates for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, product managers, QA, and customer success teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Scope and prioritize development tasks, ensuring they are well-documented and aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Document detailed project requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in Statements of Work (SOWs) and other project artifacts shared with customers.
  • Run agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives) and maintain efficient workflows using tools like Jira.
  • Continuously assess and improve delivery processes, recommending enhancements to boost collaboration and efficiency.
  • Promote transparency, trust, and a customer-first mindset throughout the project lifecycle
  • Leverage modern collaboration tools such as Miro, Figma, and Notion to streamline communication and documentation.
    
    Requirements:
    • Have a proven track record in technical project management, particularly in software development environments.
    • Thrive in customer-facing roles and are skilled at managing expectations and building trust.
    • Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, balancing the needs of external stakeholders with internal delivery realities, and always advocating for transparency, value, and trust.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively, tailoring your language and style to both technical and non-technical audiences, whether youre speaking to engineers, product owners, or executive leadership.
    • Enjoy solving puzzles and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring development tasks are clearly scoped, prioritized, and accompanied by precise documentation and instructions.
    • Possess strong Jira management skills and familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
    • Are a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership while engaging the right stakeholders at the right time.
    • Bonus: Have hands-on experience with software development or technical backgrounds, enabling deeper engagement with engineering teams.
