​Purpose of the job: Ensure product delivery for own product i.e. Loyalty, S/E-commerce


Responsibilities

  • Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to key stakeholders and the product team
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their product  
  • Lead design and development teams to deliver products based on roadmap with E2E ownership
  • Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles
  • Monitor tech development; prioritize the day to day work of the product team based on the given targets and KPIs; implement and conduct rigorous product testing, UAT, and quality assurance procedures
  • Understand the underlying business of the product and collaborate with business stakeholders in order to shape the vision and roadmap of the product
  • Align and synthesize business and technical requirements
  • Define, implements and track product KPIs once solutions enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
  • Understands financial impact of Team and Product related decisions

Typical skills and background

Skills

  • Deep experience in digital product development and marketing, including definition of scope, roadmap, and KPIs and understand product development from ideation to release
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional development team to achieve the common mission, prioritizing work and inspiring the team to improve
  • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and analytics
  • Ability to integrate qualitative and quantitate research, product analysis and customer insights into product requirements 
  • Ability to own and articulate end-to-end product requirements across product teams
  • Ability to influence decision makers and manage stakeholders to achieve the Product mission

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in product development and marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
