Role and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business opportunities, deliver in-depth analysis, and propose solutions to Business to meet business objectives and targets.
  • Recommend campaign mechanics, methodologies, and target segments for marketing campaigns based on customer behavior analysis.
  • Provide performance tracking for the marketing campaigns, Ad-hoc and MIS reports
  • Develop and implement statistical models to improve campaign efficiency, provide test/control procedure, and monitor the model performance
  • Work closely with the product team to uncover trends and business insights in order to answer questions and solve business problems that lead to data-driven decisions and growth hacking strategies.
  • Assist business team, data scientist, and IT teams to identify the product vision of new products/platforms, as well as validate if the products/platforms have achieved product/market fit including specifying metrics that matter and related visualized reports and dashboards.
  • Create reports and dashboards that contain useful, actionable information using easy-to-understand visualization for relevant decision-makers


  • Master's Degree in MIS, IT, computer science, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis roles
  • Strong creative and analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • A product mindset - ask and address the most important analytical questions with a view on enhancing a product's impact.
  • Experience in the data analytics lifecycle including problem identification, measurement/matrix, exploratory data analysis and data insight presentation.
  • Experience with data tools and languages like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
