About the job E-Commerce Campaign & Trade Senior Manager

Essential Responsibilities:

·         Manage and drive the team in campaign and sales promotion of online business.

·         Oversee campaign strategies and execution aligning with the business needs in terms of concept & mechanic, key message, stakeholder management, UX/UI management, and communication effectiveness.

·         Oversee tenant pitching strategy, promotion & campaign hunting as well as work closely  with brand on campaign/trade communication plan.

·         Lead E-Commerce sales promotion campaign with strategic partner and be in charge of new sales promotion development and campaign mechanic to drive e-commerce campaign performance.

·         Strategize trade plan to drive sales for area under responsibility such as platform, category, and brands campaigns.

·         Design end-to-end customer journey and communication tactics for each campaign.

·         Liaise with relevant internal & external parties such as tenants/brands, merchandizing team, online operations team, Data-Powered Marketing team, and Digital marketing team to achieve deliverables as aimed.

·         Manage promotion and media budget as well as monitor and improve effectiveness and performance of campaign and sales promotion strategies & activities.

Qualifications:

·         Preferably a Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

·         A minimum of 5 years of work experience in campaign management, trade & promotion planning or relevant commercial focused role in E-Commerce business or online marketplace.

·         Experience with overseeing a team is preferable A team leader as well as a self-starter with maturity and ability to work cross-function in a variety of work cultures.

·         Business acumen with resilience and openness to excel in fast-paced environment and dynamic demands.

·         Very good English, presentation and interpersonal skills.
