Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• BLS (AHA): Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is essential.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Active LVN/LPN license in the state of Michigan.

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a valid and unrestricted LVN/LPN license in the state of Michigan.
