Job Description:

Clinical Care:

  • Provide high-quality patient care by assisting healthcare providers with exams, procedures, and treatments.
  • Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information accurately.

  • Administer medications and injections following established protocols.

  • Perform routine medical procedures, including phlebotomy and EKGs, with precision.

Clinic Support:

  • Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor, assist with check-in/check-out processes, and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Ensure a clean and sterile clinical environment, including managing medical supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient flow and clinic operations.

  • Adhere to all state and federal healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and privacy.

Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.

Experience: .

  • Previous experience in a clinical setting - Required
  • Passed x-ray operators examination or willing to take exam according to individual clinic needs.
