RN/LPN LTC Weekend Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Are you a dedicated and experienced nurse looking for a leadership role in Long Term Care (LTC)? We have an exciting opportunity for an RN/LPN LTC Weekend Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being of our residents over the weekend. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising Evergreen staff during weekends
Conducting daily rounds for our residents
Assisting the Director of Nursing with Audits and Quality projects
Notifying physicians of any urgent clinical needs
Updating resident care plans and profiles as needed
Coordinating all staffing-related tasks for the weekend
Working with residents and family members to address concerns
Providing assistance to Nurses and CNAs as needed
Supervising meals and offering assistance when required
Maintaining a positive attitude and flexibility in a multi-disciplinary environment
Qualifications:
RN or LPN (CAN BE A RN OR LPN)
Active Michigan RN License (Required)
ACLS Certification (Required) - A 3-month window is offered to complete the certification class
1-3 years of Long Term Care/Nursing Home experience (Required)
Prior leadership experience (Preferred; willing to train the right person)
